About this event
This event is going to be our largest Porsche display yet, with over 100 spaces available.
This Event Is Open to ALL Porsche Owners
We will have two areas of display, the main inner circle of the District Wine Village is limited to 16 cars and participants must agree to remain in place for the duration of the event. The outer ring road allows you to participate but not commit to the entire event. Make sure you register in the correct category.
Participants will receive an event poster, event window cling and are eligible for random prize draws
The public will be voting for their favorite Porsche, prize plaques will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
We encourage our participants to bring some of the following non-perishable items in support of the Oliver Food Bank.
- 100% fruit juice (1 L or 5-pak singles)
- Oatmeal (1 kg or individual serving size)
- Cereal (small boxes Cheerios, any flavor)
- Granola bars
- Canned soup
- Canned tuna, salmon, sardines
- Canned fruit
- Canned vegetables
- Dry pasta 500 g or less
- Rice
- Protein beans and beans in sauce
- Mac & Cheese
- Mr. Noodles
- 250 ml jam
- Cookies
- Pancake mix and syrup
Volunteer an hour or two of your time to help run a portion of this epic event and recieve a free commemorative T-shirt.
Volunteers are required for the following;
- Directing & Parking incoming Porsches, 8 required (must arrive at 9AM)
- Check-in of Registrants, 4 required (must arrive at 9:30AM)
- Kid’s Colouring station, 6 required, hand out posters to kids and felt pens to colour at the event
- BCIR Porsche Tent, 5 required, answer question about the club to prospective new members, hand out Panorama's
- Food Bank Donation area, 5 required
